Return Policy

At Weissmann & Co., we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, with tags intact, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Canceling an Order

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation isn’t guaranteed as processing or shipping may have begun. If shipped, our return policy applies.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@weissmannco.com. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the package.

Note:

  • Returns must be pre-approved; unapproved returns will not be accepted.

  • Returns are shipped at your expense to our supplier’s warehouse in East Asia (see our Terms and Conditions).

  • Return shipping costs approximately €20, paid by the customer.

  • We are not liable for customs fees or lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@weissmannco.com with a photo or video of the issue to process your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases)

  • Gift cards and sale items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved for the fastest resolution.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method, though it may take a few business days to reflect in your account. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. We do not provide return shipping labels.
