Important Notes

  • Incorrect Address: If you provide a wrong address and notify us post-processing, undeliverable packages won't be refunded. Reshipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Unreachable Customer: Delivery attempts will leave a Postbox notification. Unclaimed packages after 15 days return to the factory without refund. Reshipping occurs only after return.

  • Address Changes: Post-shipment address modifications aren't possible. You're responsible for lost packages due to moves, errors, etc.

  • Customs & Fees: International shipments may incur duties, taxes, or fees—not included in pricing. Provide accurate customs values; no refunds for these charges.
